Do I need to provide sketches or drawings to start a CAD model?Not necessarily. We can work from a simple sketch, photo, sample piece, or just a description. However, the more reference material you provide, the smoother the process will be.

How long does it take to get a completed CAD model or print?Typical turnaround for CAD models is 2–5 business days depending on complexity. 3D prints are usually ready within 1–2 days after final approval. Rush service is available if needed.

What file formats do you deliver?We provide STL files for printing and casting, as well as 3DM or STEP files if needed. If you have a specific format request, just let us know.

Can you handle wax or resin printing for casting?Yes. We print in high-resolution castable resin, ideal for investment casting. Our prints are clean, fully cured, and casting-house ready.
